Why “organic” truffles?
Firstly, we certify the origin of truffle: we collect our organic truffles only from our soils in Marche region, so our truffles are 100% Italian.
Furthermore, we don’t use any herbicides or chemicals in our soils: our truffles are naturally treated.
Our preserved line “Nerobio” wants to meet the needs of the “gourmet” market and satisfy the tastes of our clients for a year-round consumption.
We don’t use chemicals but only natural organic aromas in low percentages.
Our products are wholly natural and the Organic certification ensures the use of the highest quality ingredients natural and delicious.
