Recommendations for use:

the whole black truffle is ready to be sliced or minced and is a good substitute for fresh truffles. We suggest to use its preserving liquid. It’s perfect to enrich any dishes, excellent for fish or meat dishes.

Storage conditions:

the intact product may be stored at room temperature, away from light and heat sources. After opening, it should be stored in the fridge between 0° and 4°C and it should be used within 5-6 days
